Fired for 72 hours in our traditional anagama wood-firing kiln, this chawan (Japanese tea bowl) bears the full drama of the wood-fire: ash deposits, flame flashing, and unpredictable colour. No two are alike. Diameter: 13 cm, height: 8 cm. Presented in a hand-crafted paulownia wood box. Signed by the artist.
